NO! We recommend waiting until the new cabinets are received and inspected before beginning demolition on the old kitchen or bathroom. Although rare, it is possible for shipments to incur unexpected delays and/or receive damage while in transit. In a situation involving delays or damage we will do everything we can to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. We do not want anyone to be without a functional kitchen or bathroom for longer than necessary.
Most of our in stock cabinet lines are available for immediate shipment and leave our warehouse 1-2 business days after you place the order. Special Order cabinet lines take 2-3 weeks before they are available to ship. The average time in transit for a cabinet order is 3-7 business days.

Yes, it is possible to convert the Elite line cabinets to a soft-close glide. You'll have to do some cutting though. There's a short video to the left showing the differences between the Elite line and Reserve line drawer boxes that should give you a better idea of what's involved with the conversion. The Elite line cabinets are: Italian Maple, Maple Glaze, Antique White, and Rustic Tuscany.
Installing moldings on cabinets that have a full overlay door, is easy to do, but can be a little confusing if you've never done it before. Watch the short video to learn a few different ways to do it.
The answer is YES! All the reserve line cabinets are designed so that you can easily choose the swing of the door when assembling the cabinet. As far as wall cabinets go, the frames are identical top to bottom, so you just flip the entire cabinetso the door swings the way you would like it to. For base cabinets, simply remove the hinges where they connect to the frame, flip the door, and re-install the hinges on the opposite side of the frame.
You Bet You Can! We can usually get you a design, complete with layout and pictures within about 2 business days. Use our Free Kitchen & Bath Design Help now.
YES! YES YES! A sample door should definitely be purchased prior to ordering cabinets. We do our best to accurately represent the finish and quality of the products on the web site but due to lighting, monitor settings and other influences that can effect the appearance of images on a monitor or printed material we always recommend purchasing a sample door before any large purchase is made. An individual cabinet unit can also be purchased so the complete cabinet construction and finish can be viewed prior to making a purchase.
If you're concerned about the cost of the sample door, relax. Upon return of any sample door we'll issue you a full refund for the price of the door.
The spice racks, along with a few other pieces shown in the gallery images but not shown on our price list were purchased by the installer and then mounted to filler pieces. The spice racks, specifically, were purchased from a Rev-A-Shelf dealer that specializes in cabinet accessory pieces. Since the cabinets are all wood it is simple to mount or install additional accessories.
Unfortunately, the only depth of base cabinets we currently stock is 24". HOWEVER, if you really want a 30" depth (or anything larger than 24" for that matter),then there's several ways to get there. The easiest way would be to mount a 24" depth base cabinet out from the wall 6", and then to cover the side and the gap in the back with an island panel. You'd then probably want to mount a 2x4 or something on the wall itself so your island panel could be fastened back by the wall.
Why yes you can! Simplest method is as follows: 1. build a base platform. make it 4.5" off the ground so it's flush with a base cabinets toe kick height. 2. Use a W2415 or W3015(depending on the width of your microwave) cabinet on top of the platform. Those cabinets are only 12" deep, so you'll have 12" of dead space in-between the back of the cabinet and the wall, so you might want to build a platform there as well depending on how far back your microwave extends. 3. Set your drawer style microwave on top of the cabinet. You most likely will need a few wall fillers to fill in the gaps around the and on top of the microwave to complete the job.
Use this handy image to get a list of all of the frame dimensions for the Reserve Line oven cabinet, or you can download a higher quality PDF frame dimension here.
Each individual cabinet includes a cut-to-size toe kick for assembly. Once the cabinets are installed you will want to add the TK8 so you end up with a seamless toe kick.
While we only carry a single oven cabinet, it's designed to be easily modified for a double oven unit, should you desire one. The Elite & Reserve, and Custom line finishes have three drawers below the oven opening so if needed 1 or 2 of the drawers can be cutout and removed to create a larger opening for a double oven. The Standard line finishes can be a little more difficult as they have two doors below the opening. The door configuration can be changed to create a larger opening but it does require cutting and modifying the frame. This is only recommended for those who are very comfortable with wood working. If you're not sure, we'd highly recommend hiring a professional for your installation.

Yes, normally you can. Keep in mind though it can take a little while for us to pull and package your order though, so you might want to go grab lunch or a snack while you wait. We cannot guarantee this service, and the later in the day you arrive, the less likely that we can pull your order while you wait.

As a matter of fact they give almost all of the information you need when designing your kitchen.
Wall Cabinets
For wall cabinets, you can generally break up the item number into 3 parts:
There's almost always a "W" at the beginning which simply stands for "Wall".
The next two numbers tell you the width of the cabinet.
The final two numbers are the height of the cabinet
The depth in most wall cabinets is 12", and since it's a universal standard, it's left out of the item number.
Base Cabinets
For base cabinets, you can generally break up the item number into 2 parts:
There's several prefixes for base cabinets.
"B" is for Base (i.e. a standard base cabinet).
"DB"stands for Drawer Base (no doors, only drawers).
"SB"stands for Sink Base cabinet.
"WP"stands for Wall Pantry cabinet.
"AB"stands for Angle Base cabinet.
The next two numbers tell you the width of the cabinet.
The depth for base cabinets is implied at 24", since it's a universal standard.
Extra Numbers
For wall cabinets, you'll notice sometimes there's an extra set of numbers. That's because the depth differs from the 12" universal standard. For example, it's pretty popular to use a 24" deep cabinet over a refridgerator. Take a look at the image below and it should make sense.
Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets are new cabinets, packaged individually, ready for easy assembly on site. Each cabinet door is preinstalled to the face frame. Assembly times vary depending on the type and size of the individual cabinet. Wall cabinets can be assembled in 5-10 minutes and base cabinets in 10-15. Larger pieces such as lazy susans and oven cabinets can take a little longer because of the added pieces. For additional information on the assembly and construction of the cabinets you can check out the Spec Sheet & the 360 Degree Tour.
Closeout Cabinets exist when we decide to discontinue a style of cabinets. They are a spectacular deal, but act quickly, because once they're gone, that's it. They will not be in stock again in the future.
The majority of the cabinets are manufactured in China using lumber from the U.S., Canada and China. There are a few items that are manufactured at one of our facilities in Missouri.
