I've taken a few and the pictures don't even begin to show the actual beauty of it. (Mainly the coloring on the camera). It is spacious, very functional, and I'm so pleased with the design and the quality of the cabinets, even though we had some small issues. We did have an issue with the appliance garage of our own making. I failed to think about the backsplash and to start with, we thought we would not be able to use it. However, my husband, dad and I figured a way to make it work. My husband is real handy and he was able to cut it out so it worked and still looks Great. I was so glad because I love it in the design and it is very functional. Just love my kitchen. Lots of room and everyone loves it. My grand daughter loved it so good, she asked me if she could sleep in there. By the way, you will see that I decided to go with a flat surface island rather than a two level one. I think I will enjoy this much better. Thanks again for tireless patience and help! Love your design!

Just wanted to say Thanks for offering a better product at a very reasonable price. I looked at bathroom vanities at both major home improvement stores here and was really, really disappointed with the “stuff” they were offering. It wasn’t much better than those cheap particle board office furniture kits and I could not see spending the money for something that wouldn’t last more than a couple of years. For less money, Cabinet Giant offered 100% real wood cabinets and that was all I needed to hear. I’m a long-time woodworker and home improvement guy and am particular about quality and durability. The two vanities I purchased were precisely cut and finished. All the parts went together extremely well and the doors and drawers were extremely durable and precise -- as good or better than a custom cabinetmaker would do and what I would call furniture-quality. Drawers and drawer slides are crafted to last for decades. I was also able to purchase some of your matching extra parts I wanted to pull out the sides for some corbels and fluted molding as a small upgrade. And, where can I post a message on the cabinet and service? The cabinet is beautiful and made of real wood and strong plywood for the drawers. No particle board! GREAT quality for the price. It only took 6 days to reach my home. The price was lower than any of our local home stores and the quality is comparable if not better. I think this is the perfect vanity to fit in the tight space I am working with. I called before ordering to ask questions and again with this issue on the boots that were bent because of how the pieces were stacked in shipping, and both times plus the support follow up have been great.

We really do like your cabinets and honestly they look much better than the pictures on the web site. I have to compliment the way the cabinets are manufactured, the engineering design that is put into it, makes it easier for anyone to set these up. I have only installed three wall cabinets so far and my kitchen is already looking beautiful, so much so that my wife is already thinking 'more'. There is one more thing that I would like to add, 'The installation of your kitchen cabinets is bringing my family together, like it is fun'. My kids, six and nine, anxiously wait to help out every evening. Service is exceptional.

I purchased the Tuscany cabinets from Cabinet Giant after searching local cabinet stores, the big boxes and many internet sites. The solid wood Pinnacle Homes cabinets were a great value. Without installation the cabinets cost us $2500, which included all the goodies, crown & under-cabinet molding. The crown molding is exceptional; splurge and add this to your order to make the cabinets extraordinary. Everyone compliments the kitchen and cannot believe that the cabinets came out of a flat box. The more complicated cabinets take about 20 - 30 minutes per cabinet to put together. We saved money by picking up our shipment at the teminal about a 40 minute drive from our home. Everything worked out great. The cabinets were delivered on time and as promised. The cabinets are solid wood not particle board, and the doors of the Tuscany series are beautiful and elegant, while being rustic. The cabinets may require a little shoring up by your carpenter, but this is no big deal, it just makes the cabients more solid. We saved so much money using Pinnacles cabients, we were able to put granite in the kitchen instead of formica. We would absolutely use theses cabinets again, and I would not hesitate recommending them. Click to See Debra's Kitchen

First off I would like to say thank you for the service and the products that you provide. We wanted to remodel our new home starting with the kitchen. The prices for custom cabinets are crazy we almost went with unfinished box cabinets and were going to finish them ourselves, or building them ourselves. We ended up doing the whole kitchen with buying your cabinets for a price that was lower then just purchasing similar cabinets from a national retailer. It was alot of work and we didn't really know what to expect after placing our order. Looking back now I see that your cabinets are the nicest feature of our beautifull new kitchen cabinets and we could not be happier. Our kitchen has been finished about a year now. We absolutely love it! The kitchen cabinets are Rustic Tuscany and they are beautiful! The quality is excellent. The drawers slide nicely. The glass doors are the perfect touch for me. We still look at our kitchen and can hardly believe its ours. Let it be known The following comes from a happy do-it yourselfer and fully satisfied customer. As soon as I viewed your website I ordered a sample door. The Rustic Tuscany door arrived a few days later. Much to my surprise, the quality of the door far exceeded my expectations. People in the know made comments about the width of the style, a prominent feature, the quality of the white oak and the fine finish. Did I mention the price for that quality is very fair? The next day I sent Andy Fine my layout and he promptly sent me a plan. Andy's plan was just what I had in mind. Made a few calls to Pinnacle and after speaking with Andy, Josh and Nathan, I placed an order the next day. The delivery was prompt and we were all pleasantly surprised that the quality of the kitchen cabinets was just as good as the sample. The job is finished now and the compliments are rolling in. It's been almost a year since we ordered Pinnacle kitchen cabinets for our basement finishing. Everyone who comes over raves about how great the cabinets look, and when I tell them our total price, they are amazed. I wanted a stain-over-cream cabinet look and the cheapest I could find them locally was almost twice the price of the Pinnacle cabinet final price, which included shipping. My husband and 10 year old son assembled them all and our contractor installed them easily. We are really happy with the kitchen cabinets and although we had an issue with breakage on two of them, customer service promptly replaced them and were great to work with. Once again I just wanted to thank you and pat you on the back for your personal service and your company's product. As I indicated on the phone, I want to tell you how pleased I am. I was honestly a little leery ordering these kitchen cabinets over off the internet and absolutely could not talk to anyone locally who knew anything about RTA cabinets, most of the people I spoke with had never heard of these. As I indicated on the phone we are rebuilding from a house fire on May 1, 2008 and sadly the insurance company didn't come through when it came to ordering the cabinets we had already picked out at Lowes. After the disappointment of not being able to afford the Lowes cabinets my wife discovered RTA cabinets online. We searched the internet for weeks and called around the east coast to try to find someone who had an RTA showroom, so we could go and look at the quality of the product, but with no luck. When I think about ready to assemble products I envision the cheap flimsy particle board bookcases type construction like you get at Wal-Mart. After weeks of searching the internet what made me decide to go with you was first the grace of God and second the Better Business Bureau online registration. I am so pleased we did order these through you because I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. I literally saved almost $4000.00 dollars from the price I got at Lowes for a similar finish and your material is better than the high-end kitchen cabinets I was looking to order through Lowes. I haven't installed them yet and have only assembled one cabinet but we have bragged to everyone and showed them what we got. Like I said before most of the people that have seen them are surprised that there is even an option of RTA's and hopefully you may get more orders because of us bragging on your product and service.

I ordered my kitchen cabinets on a Tuesday, and received them the following Thursday! I am totally impressed with the quality of the cabinets. Assembly was easy, and everything fit perfectly. The kitchen is now finished, and everyone that sees it cannot believe how good it looks. I saved over $10,000.00 when compared to comparable all plywood cabinets available from Lowe's. Hi Pinnacle Products: I wanted to tell you how shocked I was at the kitchen cabinets we ordered from you. I did a lot of research regarding RTA cabinets and decided to take a chance. I have a hired contractor to do the demolition of my old kitchen and install of the cabinets that my husband and I were to put together. The contractor I must say "rolled" his eyes when I told him I was using RTA. I also am putting granite counters in and I know he was wondering why I would spend the money on granite counters to go over "junk" RTA cabinets. I explained to him the quality is not what he thought it was. Boy was he eating crow. He was speechless when he saw the quality of the kitchen cabinets we had purchased. Our order was perfect right down to the last piece of moulding. No mistakes, no damage. The written directions do leave something to be desired, but once we did a few, they went together easily and we actually had fun. At first when the tractor trailer pulled up to our home and I saw the huge pallet I thought, oh my gosh what have I done. But we got right to them and it only took a handful of evenings to put the entire kitchen together. They are superb. The quality is more than I ever had dreamed of. Especially at the price point we paid. The maple glaze is rich ad the finish is perfect. We had only a tiny bit of touch up here and there after install with the kit you provided. Once the granite is in which is tomorrow, our kitchen will truly be a "showplace" I will be proud to tell anyone they are RTA cabinets by Pinnacle. I would not hesitate to recommend your products to anyone. Thank you.

I did a comparison of the quote I got from Lowe’s on less quality doors and saved 49.5 %. I have a higher quality kitchen for half the price that then allowed me to add the bells and whistles (end panel doors and under cabinet trim). I have enough in the budget for granite, too.

And they were amazingly easy to assemble. I also used glue on most of the seams, just to ease my own mind. I only spent one day for the assembly (I'm a senior-citizen lady and did it all myself). The kitchen cabinets are on my kitchen wall, and they look great. Thank you for your quick service.

I received my kitchen cabinets last Friday, 6/27/08 exactly 1 week after I placed the order. I could not be happier with the turn around time. It allowed me to get them assembled over the weekend which put me ahead of anticipated schedule. And the best news is every thing was there, except the 8’ pieces, with no shipping damage. And the 8’ pieces were waiting for me Saturday morning via UPS. I’m not sure if that’s just the way you shipped them or if it is a result of several calls I made to your customer service department but I will tell you that my customer service experience with your staff has been A+.* I am very pleased with the overall product. Assembly is easy with only limited talent required. The instructions provided are put in an easy format to follow. Cabinets are sturdy and the color/stain is great. I would like to say that it has been a pleasure getting my kitchen cabinets from your company. And dealing with your staff, well actually there’s no dealing with them, there’s just great support. I bought these kitchen cabinets to update a condo I have and hired a gentleman to help me. Both he and I are telling a lot of people about this job and it should result in some sales for you and unexpected work for us. Your price/quality is terrific and allows the average guy to afford better than what he can get at the big box stores. Again, thank you for being a great experience in a world where we are at the other person’s mercy. *We often ship 8' moldings separate via UPS to avoid them from being damaged while on a small pallet

I recently ordered several of your Pinnacle (ginger maple) wall cabinets. I am impressed by the I would like to take this opportunity to commend your company and give Pinnacle a "pat-on-the-back". I did some extensive internet shopping prior to making my cabinet purchase and compared no less than 5 differnet major online sellers of RTA cabinets. Having only prices and websites to make my decision, I settled on Pinnacle. My order consisted of 17 Italian Maple cabinets, some additional trim pieces and a 96" panel. I placed my order on 2/21/08 and to my surprise, I received my order exactly two weeks later! Having an order this size ship half way across the country, there is bound to be some minor issues and my order was no different. The difference is, your company's attitude toward satisfying the customer. Everyone was extremely helpful and more than willing to do whatever necessary to please the customer. I received immediate responses and was treated fairly and professionally. In closing, the maple finish was gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. As far as getting the most value for your dollar, I am convinced that doing business with Pinnacle Home Products is the best deal on the Internet. I will recommend Pinnacle Home Products to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.

I wanted to let you know I have received my kitchen cabinets and installed them accordingly. The quality of these cabinets is amazing. I recently comparison shopped at the the "Big Box Store" (Home Depot) and found that the cheapest cabinets they sell that offer not one ounce of "real" wood would have cost me far more than the cabinets you sold to me that have not one ounce of "fake" wood on them. I am truly impressed by the cost and quality your company is able to offer. (Also, I made sure to use wood glue on all the seams for extra structural integrity, which you may or may not want to share with future customers) Thank you very much for a great product at an outstanding price.
